WELCOME TO THE WINTER PALACE THEATER SITE.

The Winter Palace Theater is located in the first floor of 108 Cabot street in Holyoke, Massachusetts. In addition to the theater, this building is also the location of Holyoke's only Micro Brewery. Paper City Brewery was built at this address back in 1995 and continues as a viable business to this day. The theater was part of the former Farr Alpaca Company which was a major employer in the city. The Farr Alpaca Company once employed in excess of 3000 employees and manufactured Alpaca wool and Casmere. The building in which the theater was known as building number 5 and was actually the warehouse. When building the brewery in 1995 the owners took care not to use the first floor theater with the intention of someday bringing it back to life.
